Support rules:
You should try to find help and support using in the following order:
1. Use the built-in help
At various point in the program there are help icons, these are usually symbolised by the standard Windows white on blue 'help' question mark. Sometimes you will see a button with the word 'Help', you can click this button to bring up help specific to that section of the program. When viewing the main program screen you can also press the F1 key to view the Help file.
Please note: The help file is created separately from the program, some features may be present in the program that are not mentioned in the help system. Screenshots may be of older versions of the program. The system regularly checks for updates to the help file, but you can force a check using the help menu (located at the top of the program's window).
The help file is also available for viewing online. Click here to check it out...
2. Check the resources section of this website.
We have made available some tutorials and other documentation you may find useful via the resources section. More resources will be added from time to time, so it's worth checking regularly. You can view the resources section by clicking here.
3. You can Email us
If you can't resolve your problem using the help or the resources section (see '1' and '2' above), you can email support.
Our email address is located on our contact page here.
The email system is checked regularly, so under normal circumstances we usually reply the same day.
4. You can telephone
If you have exhaused ALL the above means of support, then you can contact us by telephone.
Please note: Abuse of the telephone support system will result in the withdrawal of all support for your and/or your schools licence.
