Individuals:
Individuals have two choices to pick from, either buy an Annual licence or a Lifetime licence.
An Annual licence lasts one year, to use it for a following year you must buy another licence. During the year you have access to all software updates.
A Lifetime licence has no expiry date. You have access to all updates, it is our most popular licence. In addition, you will have access to our 'Lifetime Rewards' system - we pay you commission per school that orders a school licence that uses a 'discount code' you can create.

Schools:
School licences have no expiry date, all updates are FREE, there are no maintenance costs - so the school pays only once.
You get an Admin licence and a chosen number of Teacher licences. You can order extra teacher licences at any time by contacting us via email or by telephone.
UK schools may be interested in a variation of Elementary Reports that is less expensive, but charges annually for updates and support. For more information please click here.

ReportServer:
ReportServer is an optional add-on feature for Elementary Reports. For a small annual fee it allows schools access to our server and enables them to save and load both settings and report files across the Internet. The feature is not necessary to use Elementary Reports and should be regarded as a 'deluxe enhancement' to the system - basically it just makes life easier!
