Individual licences are either an annual licence or a lifetime licence (that is that they last the lifetime of the product), it's up to you which type of licence you purchase. All updates and support are free.
Lifetime licenses have exclusive access to an affiliate system (Lifetime Rewards) which allows them to earn up to £110 for each school that orders Elementary Reports using a discount code they created.
VAT is charged at 17.5%
Ex-ApplePanic customers:
For ex-ApplePanic customers who bought a single/double licence we are willing to provide either 1 or 2 voucher codes for "lifetime" user accounts. For schools that bought ApplePanic's main license and user red keys, we are willing to provide one "Head" voucher code with an additional "Teacher" voucher codes for each of the extra red keys you originally purchased (maximum 20 vouchers).
Important: This offer will expire July 2008 - If you wish to take this offer then you must contact us with a copy of your original ApplePanic invoice BEFORE July 2008.
