Demo of Elementary Reports PasteAI function:

The intelligent PasteAI function is just one of Elementary Reports time saving features.

The animated demonstration above starts by entering a couple of History statements into Anthonys report from the statement tree.

The 'Connectives' function is then used to join the two statements together, you do this by highlighting the end of one statement and the beginning of another and right-clicking - notice that there is no need to make the 'He' into a 'he', Elementary Reports does this for you.

The combined statements are then copied to the "smart clipboard" using the copy function.

A new subject, Art, is selected and the previously copied text is pasted into the text editor using the PasteAI function. Notice that the PasteAI function changes the subject from History to Art.

A new student is selected - Faye.

PasteAI is used again to paste the text into Fayes Art report. Notice that the students name has been changed from "Anthony" to "Faye" and that "he" and "his" have been changed to "she" and "her" - all done automatically by the PasteAI function!
