Some authorities block the downloading of computer programs, if your authority does this then you can download the 'Zip' version instead.

 

First visit our website by typing 'http://ReportComplete.com' into Internet Explorer's address bar.

 

When the website appears, click 'Resources' from the menu on the left.

 

Click the 'zip' you want to download, either the normal or the U3 install.
