Voucher Code

When you (or your school) buys Elementary Reports your will be supplied with a 'voucher' code.  The voucher code will 'upgrade' your user account from a 'guest' to whatever type of account you have paid for.

To enter a voucher code, just click the Voucher code icon or select 'Enter voucher code' from the help menu.

You can only enter a voucher code when your account has been registered and you have an Internet connection.

Just enter the voucher exactly as given to you (do not type the one shown in the picture below!), you can also right-click to use paste if the code is in your windows clipboard.

The code will be red until correctly entered.  The 'Submit' button will also be disabled.  The system treats '0' and 'O', '1' and 'I', '2' and 'Z', '5' and 'S', 'V' and 'U' as the same and all letters are automatically converted to uppercase.  Remember and dashes ('-') as they are part of the actual code.

Once entered correctly, the code will turn green.  The 'Submit' button will also become enabled, click the Submit button to send the code to our servers for validation.  Once validated your account will automatically be upgraded to the type specified by the voucher.

If you have any more vouchers for the SAME user, just keep entering and submitting them until finished.

Click 'Done' to leave the voucher code window.

You can view any voucher codes you have used by using our websites 'Account' section.  There is a shortcut on the help menu to go straight to the correct internet location, it's called "More Account Details".
