You should have been given either a licence code, username and password OR a voucher code.

 

We call this process 'Validating' your licence code and username.

 

If you have one, enter your licence code in the provided box, the 'case' of the licence name does not matter.  Click 'Search' once you think you have entered the correct licence.

 

Ex Elementary Reports users: Enter the username of the person who administered your account as the licence code - it will be the user who originally used the 'head' voucher.  If you have a single user licence then your licence code is the same as your username.

 

 

ReportComplete will now search our online system for the usernames allocated to your licence name.

 

 

Use the pulldown to select your username, if you are the Administrator then choose the same username as the licence.  If you are a teacher then choose the username that your administrator has given you.  Enter your password then click 'Validate'.

 

After you have been validated then within a few moments you may see some automatic licence upgrade messages.
