Subject properties allows you to change the subject name, its short name, its description, its filename, the revision number and the subjects write protect flag.

You can have multiple statement banks with the same subject name, but they must have different filenames else they would overwrite each other.  The short name is the word that is placed in the statement [subject] control word.

The years and level tick boxes are a summary of all the statements in the statement bank.  They let you know about the types of statements within the subject.

Who created and last updated the subject and if it or any of the statements contained within in were imported are also displayed in the properties dialog.
