The student list is always available in Classic view, otherwise click the Students icon to display it.
On the left side of the student list there are icons for:
The pull-down version of the student list has an extra icon (in the screenshot it is circled in green). Click this icon to show useful extra information about the students. Click it again to hide the information. |

On the left of the actual student list you will see coloured circles. These are used to let you know the current state of the reports for that particular student.
| • | Blue - No subjects or text |
| • | Red - Subject are present, but have no text |
| • | Amber - Some subjects have text |
| • | Green - All subjects have been marked as being completed |
