Save student file as

Selecting "Save student file as" will bring up a file selector dialog that will allow you to save the student file with a new name:

 
On Vista you may get a compressed version of the file selector, you can expand this to the view similar to XP by clicking "Browse Folders".

The existing filename will be displayed so you can easily change it.

Elementary Reports student files have the extension '.er'.
 
The student files are normally saved in the Elementary Reports folder of the users 'My Documents' system folder or the Documents folder of the U3 stick if running in U3 mode.
