Save student file

If you have previously saved the student file then selecting "Save" will immediately save it again. If you have not previously saved then you will be presented with a dialog so you can give the student file a name.

 
On Vista you may get a compressed version of the file selector, you can expand this to the view similar to XP by clicking "Browse Folders".

You can type a new name or use the default - "students", click "Save" to actually save the file.

Up to 10 generations of backups are made automatically, there are also 2 other optional backup folders where up to 10 generations of backup are also made (in each folder!).  You can load backup with Open backup.
