The administrator:
If you are installing for a school, you should first assign someone as the administrator. This is the user who will have full control of setting up the teacher user accounts and distributing correct settings to the other teachers.
The administrator should be familiar with using computers, installing programs and manipulating computer files.
System requirements:
| • | Either Windows XP, Vista, 7 or higher (32 or 64 bit). Windows 2000 (2k) works fine but is not supported. |
| • | 256MB RAM or more. |
| • | 50MB free space on a hard drive, memory stick. |
| • | Screen resolution 1024x768 or greater. Lower resolutions should work but are not supported. |
| • | Internet connection (required once each year for validation). |
Recommended:
| • | Windows 7 or higher (32 or 64 bit). |
| • | 1GB RAM or more. |
| • | 100MB RAM or more. |
| • | Screen resolution 1280x1024 or greater. |
| • | Broadband Internet or faster. |
