Once enabled you will have access to a new icon (the Hebrew character 'Ayin') in the text editor, this icon can be used to turn on/off Hebrew key conversion for your keyboard.
You can also use the keyboard to quickly switch between English and Hebrew modes:
Just press the 'Alt' and '\' keys simultaneously (this is the same method used by DavkaWriter, a popular Hebrew editor), press the keys again to switch back. There is also an 'enhanced' mode you can enter by pressing the 'Alt' and '.' keys simultaneously - in this mode pressing shift and a letter will enter a Hebrew character with Dagesh (normally it would be an uppercase English letter) and pressing shift and a number will enter various Hebrew punctuation characters. When switching modes with the keyboard you may hear a 'beep' (it depends on your computer), the tone of the beep will let you know what mode you have just entered.
Other ways to insert Hebrew text:

You can right-click within the editor to see a new 'Insert Hebrew' menu item.

From this menu you can insert various Hebrew letters, points and punctuation marks, you can even paste in Hebrew from a other programs such as Word.
