Grades are clickable menus that appear to the right of the subject titles when you write reports.  In printouts they appear just after report text.  They are a quick and easy way of putting 'results' information into subjects.

 

If you don't see grades menus to the right of subjects and you want to use grades, then you should either turn on the default grades or setup some custom grades.

 

To choose a grade, hover your mouse over a grade 'button', it will turn red, click it and the grade menu will appear.

 

Grades appear in printouts just below the subject text, only grades that are not '- - -' will be present.
