Copy

This will copy highlighted text to the Elementary Reports "smart" clipboard - the text "remembers" tracked control words such as the student name and pronouns.  A normal text version will also be copied to the windows clipboard so you can paste it in to other programs.

In demo mode the text is not copied into the windows clipboard.

You cannot copy subject titles to the smart clipboard as this would lead to the possibility of a student having the same title twice in a report - but the subject titles can be copied to the standard windows clipboard.  This allows you to easily (in combination with select all) copy whole texts with titles to other applications such as word.
