You can setup ReportComplete to simultaneously save in up to three locations when you save your reports.  The first location is the standard place that you normally save to, the other two can be setup in options.

optionsmiscellaneous

From within the options window, click the 'Miscellaneous' icon.

bakpath

Then set the 'BAK path' to the folder that you would like to save the 1st extra copy of your reports to.  Set the 'Aux path' to the folder that you would like to save the 2nd extra copy of your reports to.  Normally the folder will be created (if it doesn't already exist), but if you turn the 'BAK path make' and/or 'Aux path make' options to off then if the folder doesn't exist then the copy will not be made.

Loading a 'BAK or Aux path' backup file:

Loading a 'BAK or Aux path' backup file is easy, but should only be done if you think you have lost the original reports file.

loadbakpath

Go to "File > Open backup > From backup path or From aux path".  A dialog will appear, select the file you want to load (in this case, the '.rf' file is the same as the original file, the ".bk0" file is the next most recent and ".bk9" is the oldest).
