The licence administrator has access to ReportComplete's administration window.  The administration window has buttons that allow you to create or delete usernames for teachers, change passwords, etc...

 

To enter the administration window, just click the 'Admin' icon.

 

The admin screen shows the current list of users, and the main administration 'buttons'.  As well as using the buttons to perform administration tasks, the administrator can right-click a username from the list - a menu will appear with more advanced options such as enabling or disabling preview mode.
